Several Varieties of Papaya such as “Red Lady”, “Sun Rise” and “Ratna” are exported from Sri Lanka packed in corrugated cartons of 7kgs to 10kgs by Air and Sea..
Export quality Rambutans are packed in Styrofoam trays and packed in corrugated cartons of 1.5kgs is exported to Middle East, Europe and Maldives.
Mangoostins are packed in Styrofoam trays and packed in corrugated cartons of 1.5kgs is exported to Middle East, Europe and Maldives.
It is the latest addition to the Sri Lankan fresh fruits exports. Presently we export to Maldives.
Durian is largely cultivated in Sri Lanka during the past few years and the crops are increasing year by year. We are exporting to Middle East countries with competitive prices with shorter transit period compared to our Asian competitors.
